After interviewing several candidates, we decided to work with Jeff Rexford of Rexford Design. In addition to Jeff's four decades of design and build experience, we went with Jeff because of his ability to clearly articulate the process, management of our expectations, and listening skills which were demonstrated by the designs he presented after we discussed our vision.

His 3-D virtual renderings made us certain that we made the right choice. Putting one's trust and money into someone is not an easy task. With Jeff, you can feel confident that you've made the right choice, we definitely are.

Jeff Rexford’s design sense and style are impeccable. I added a primary suite & bath with a walk in closet, custom cabinets, huge picture window in the bedroom, vaulted ceiling, and much more. Besides taking into consideration the cottage style of the existing home, he listened to what I wanted. I found it imperative that he paid attention to all my ideas incorporating them into a masterful design. In my new suite feel like I’m in a five star hotel.

I live in a community that is known for design plans not passing through the town’s application process with at least one revision....but not with Jeff's plans: they went through the first time…unheard of!

Jeffrey was the Designer for a 450 square foot Accessory Dwelling Unit on our property in Berkeley CA. The ADU was designed to complement the architecture of the existing house, while providing a handsome contemporary interior. Jeffrey’s design exceeded our goals and we felt he took great care in listening to our needs. Jeffrey was available for Project Supervision during the construction phase. We recommend Jeffrey for any design project.

Rexford Design, of course Jeffrey Rexford, was wonderful and easy to work with. I turned my home which I have lived in for almost 40 years into the home of my dreams and needs.
