The client desired a luxurious retreat-style Primary Bedroom and Bath Suite that overlooked the backyard garden. Must-haves were a spacious bedroom, reading nook and bookcase, a walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom.

The small cottage home required a 500-sqft addition to achieve the client’s goals. The new floor plan includes a spacious primary bedroom with vaulted ceiling, window seat, built-in bookcases, and a walk-in closet. A French door provides access to the enlarged deck and garden. The spa-inspired bathroom includes a pedestal tub, walk-in shower, double-sink vanity and a luxe décor. Skylights were added in the hallway and bathroom to let in lots of natural light.
