BERKELEY GARDEN ADU

  • The client wanted an accessory dwelling unit built on his property for use as a rental income unit. The property has a duplex in front; this ADU is tucked in the back corner of the lot’s mature and lush tropical garden.

  • The top priority for the client was to disturb as little of the garden as possible. A 420 sq ft 1-bedroom / 1 bath with a lwith a full kitchen and loft space was designed and built in collaboration with the client/owner, New Avenue Homes project management system, Rexford Design and the contractor.
